We recently had our basement finished, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The construction team took the time to understand our vision and provided valuable suggestions to maximize the space. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding – the flooring, walls, and ceiling all look fantastic and are exactly what we had hoped for. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The project was completed on time, and the team kept the space clean and organized throughout the entire process. Communication was top-notch, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions we had. Overall, the finished basement has completely transformed our home. If we could give over 5/5 stars for this review, we absolutely would! RNB was by far the best company we have ever worked with and we have owned several homes completed many projects! This was an excellent experience and we cannot stress enough that RNB should be the company everyone goes with!! Every discipline including carpentry, electric, HVAC and plumbing were extremely nice and professional! They all explained to my wife and I exactly the process that would be going on with our basement. They were all courteous, friendly with my kids and family, and were very knowledgeable. Chris who first came out to see the project, presented with complete professionalism and was one of the nicest individuals we have worked with. He took my wife and I through all the selections and was very patient with us and our decisions! He was very personable and gave us a great feeling about RNB to begin with! Ben, our main carpenter and designer did an AMAZING JOB! He planned out what needed to be done in our basement and is a true artist at his job. He was dependable, trustworthy, and again one of the nicest most enjoyable people to work with. He saw our vision for the basement and we felt completely comfortable with him taking the lead on the design. Lastly, Russell the owner stayed completely true to his words on all aspects of the project and was transparent and honest with my wife and I throughout the entire process. We received frequent texts on updates for the work and estimated times of arrival. Nothing came as a surprise to my wife and I from a numbers aspect or planning aspect. I feel like he understands people and works with them. Again, a very personal and friendly person! Overall, we have had basements done before and were looking for a company that was reliable, has great communication, is trustworthy, and a personable crew! RNB did exactly that and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home project!

Russ and his team at RNB were great from beginning to end of my remodel of kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom. They responded quickly, accommodated my schedule, and we’re up front with cost which was on par with other quotes on the work. Ben, who ran the project, was highly skilled, very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered every question and was helpful with suggestions to make my ideas better. The other subcontractors were professional and easy to work with as well. I highly recommend RNB for remodeling projects.

RNB helped us with a large home remodel project and did a great job designing and installing our new kitchen Cabinets and counter, Jair and team were terrific. Russ was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, or communicate if issues if they came up. RNB Design Group removed our outdated 70’s kitchen and gave us a beautiful new kitchen we love. The entire crew, from the electrician to the carpenter, did a fantastic job. Our kitchen walls had some odd angles to them above the sink, and they managed to get the tile installed perfectly. We also had some 70’s era ceiling beams, which they helped to remove. It was great working with RNB Design Group, LLC. Jeff oversees the construction, and he does high-quality work. The electrician showed me how I could save some money. The plumber does excellent work. Where he cut into my floor you could not tell except for the color of the cement. The team Russ has put together did exceptional customer service and quality at a fair price.

The RNB design group turn my old outdated kitchen into a beautiful cooking environment. All workers were friendly, listened to my needs and provided quality work. Concerns were addressed and solutions found. The carpentry is outstanding, and the tile work is impressive. Russ, the owner has pulled together a team who works well together and does great work.

A great basement remodel starts with a great design and that is exactly what Ayanna created for me. She is a great listener and captured what I was looking for by taking it to a level that was a dream!! And then, the craftsmanship from the professionals that Russ had on his team was great as well in turning the design into reality. They were patient, friendly and respectful of my home. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of the carpenters Jair and Jeff. All of the team worked well together and provided flexibility to get the job done in a timely manner and within budget. This was a great investment that I will enjoy for years to come. Russ and his crew exceeded all expectations! Extremely professional and the quality of the job has is ecstatic. We wanted a finished basement and a full bathroom completed within a certain budget. Russ understood what our project goals were and made them happen. Easy to collaborate with him as well.

Russ and his contractors were great! If I had a question or issue, Russ was on it IMMEDIATELY and always had a resolution or answer quickly. Responsiveness is a valuable attribute for a contractor to have. I trusted every sub contractor that came into my home-Russ has really set up a great team. And onto the kitchen-it turned out even better than expected! It was much more reasonably priced when compared to other quotes. We had picked some more expensive finishes and had additional work, but our final bill was VERY close to the initial quote-we weren’t nickel and dimed where other contractors would’ve taken the opportunity. I’ve included before and after photos to show what a great job they did.
